Who is SCATTERBRAIN?

SCATTERBRAIN is a project started by Zakk Gilmore to jumpstart a catalogue of music, visuals, and general creativity such that others may feel inspired to do the same. There is no goalpost, there is no true higher purpose or set-in-stone order - sometimes we just find ourselves far too scatterbrained and need to channel it into the arts.

What do you use to make music?

My ears. Whether it be sampled, played, or any combination of the two, my ears are my #1 resources to creating that signature SCATTERBRAIN sound. Find a DAW that works for you, and learn it like you would any instrument.

Could I use your music for my own content?
Most definitely! Use it as background music, all I ask is you link back to me in the description so people can find my tunes if they so desire. If you wanna use it in a more professional context...
